David Bellis

Hello, I am a strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) at my core, father of two active boys, husband, OEF Veteran, lifelong Martial Artist, and Ultra Runner.

After getting out of the military, I went on to pursue a career in business; earning a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Kansas. Post college career, I spent 6+ years in Business Development helping companies solve problems. I then decided to recalibrate and fulfill my purpose. I returned to KU and obtained a B.A.S in Exercise Science and my CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), in pursuit of helping Tactical Professionals.

I have worked with, and had the honor of coaching D1 Football athletes at the Power 5 level, college & high school track runners, professional fighters and a multitude of other athletes.

I am have trained and currently work with the United State Army Combat Teams, Rangers, Apache helicopter pilots, Former Special Forces, and other tactical & essential professionals (Police, Fire & EMT, Military, Nurses, and Corrections). At Asset Performance Inst. we focus on implementing health and wellness programs in departments with a priority on strength and conditioning.
